PlateIT was founded with one mission: to give independent kitchen operators the same cost intelligence that enterprise restaurants have had for years — without the enterprise price tag.
We know that while passion is plenty in the kitchen, margins usually aren't. Food costs drift. Yield losses go untracked. Pricing decisions get made on instinct rather than numbers. And the software built to solve this was either designed for large chains with budgets most independent operators will never have, or built for markets that aren't Canada.

Her career blends hands-on engineering with strategic consulting and a proven track record of mentoring emerging developers and technical teams.
